Super Bowl Inspo

Happy Saturday! In the event that you are looking for a little last minute super bowl grub inspiration, here are a few faves. My guess is there won’t be a ton of gathering going on this year but that won’t stop us from a game-day-grub-filled kitchen, right? Here are a few ideas from the past that would be perfect for the big game!

This Southwest Chicken, Bacon + Potato Soup is such a sure thing. Make it in the morning or early afternoon and keep it warm on the stove all day long. Such a delish switch up from your standard game-day chili!

Party Mix. Because it’s just a classic that gets gobbled up every time!

Quick Chili Loaded Baked Potatoes. Just plain yum. Toss all of your toppings on the counter and let everyone build their own. Always a hit!

Barbacoa in the slow cooker. Totally hands off and so SO yum! Once the beef is cooked shred it up and make a toppings bar with all of your favorites for burrito bowls, nachos or tacos.

And Our Favorite Chicken Wings. A must. Get your seasoning mixed ahead and all that’s left to do is toss them in the oven when you’re ready! Serve them up with a yummy Bleu Cheese dip, fresh cut veggies and your fave hot sauce.

Hope it’s a great one…Enjoy, you all! Xo
